Refund and Return Policy
At Closet Critique, all sales are final.
As a thrift store, we deal in unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are sold as-is. For this reason, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. We ensure that each item is carefully inspected, accurately described, and clearly photographed before listing.

Failed Payment Transactions
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. In the event of a failed transaction, where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed:
• The amount will be automatically reversed by Razorpay to the original payment method.
• This process typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders twice a week, every Monday and Friday.
• Orders typically reach customers within 5–7 business days from the shipping date (and often sooner).
• You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
